Authentication Services

Before you buy a luxury hand bag from an individual person using online sites, STOP, and ask to meet you at our store, and get it authenticated by us before paying for it. It will only cost you $35.00 for most bags, and it can save you hundreds if it comes to be a counterfeit.

We provide authentication services using a third party authentication company. If the bag is authentic, a certificate of authenticity will be provided. If it is not we will let you know but no certificate will be given. If you need a letter of explanation, we would gladly provided for an additional $20.00.  The service fee to Authenticate most luxury bags is $35.00, for Hermes is $150.00. If you decide to sell  your authentic bag to us, the fee is waived, after we have confirm authenticity.

The Process: Bring your bag, wallet, or belt to us, no appointment necessary, but recommended. Once the fee is paid, we start the authentication process. We start by physically inspecting the item carefully, then we start using the Entrupy device to obtain microscopic pictures of the fabric, metal, labels of your item to be submitted to Entrupy so that their Algorithm can process the results. Please note, some bags have the date code hidden, so we sometimes have to go through and stretch wide, turn the bag inside out, Which may sometimes cause some crazing. We do try our best to handle the item as careful as we possibly can. The time to authenticate is about 5 minutes, however, the results can take up to 2 hours, in some instances it can take up to 24 hours, but we will let you know ahead of time. For Hermes Bag the results take 24 hours. Once the results are in, we print your certificate or email it to you. Please note, we stop doing authentications at 4 pm.
