At Community Pawn Shop, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Locations: We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time. We also do not ship to PO Boxes.

  2. In-Store Pickup Policy:

    • Some items have specific shipping restrictions. Jewelry priced over $1,500 and hard goods weighing over 18 lbs. are only available for in-store pickup.
    • In-store pickup hours are as follows:
      • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
      • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
      • Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
  3. Processing Times: Orders are generally processed within [insert processing time, e.g., 1-3 business days] after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order ships.

  4. Shipping Methods and Costs: we use USPS carrier for shipping and cost as per USPS weight and price based.

  5. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

  6. Community Pawn Shop reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at any time.  Thank you for shopping with us, We appreciate your business.
