Due to previous use of the item, the saw tool does show some signs of scuff marks, smudges, and scratches, but nothing too major that would compromise the actual overall performance of the item you are purchasing. The battery seems to die out very quickly due to age. This particular listing is for the tool, with the battery and charger  only.  Please look at all the pictures so that you can have a better understanding of the item you are purchasing. Thank you.
